Purposes and Treatment 

SERCOTEL will process your data in accordance with the following purposes: 

– Manage the provision of the contracted service, as well as additional services during the stay.
– Collection and processing of your personal data through the registration form with the purpose of enabling the management of the commercial, accounting and administrative relationship of clients in everything related to the services and accommodation in our hotels. This treatment will be carried out based on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship you maintain with us.
– Work for promotional and marketing purposes, including sending electronic commercial communications for the set of products and services we offer, as well as those related to the hotel sector (travel, gastronomy, leisure, etc.), based on the prior consent given. for sending communications. To carry out the above work, Sercotel may analyze the data obtained, in order to develop User profiles that allow defining in greater detail the products that may be of interest to you. 

If the User wishes to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from Sercotel, they may request cancellation of the service by sending an email to the following email address: rgpd@sercotel.com, as well as indicating their refusal to receive the same through the unsubscribe option provided in each of the commercial communications sent. 

– Respond to the requests, queries, complaints and/or claims that the user makes through the contact email provided, based on the consent given when sending the request, query, complaint and/or claim. 

– Accredit the hiring, carry out analytics for the automation of procedures with the aim of improving the quality of technical and commercial service, verify the satisfaction of clients or users through the recording of their voice and, where appropriate, perform transcription of the care provided through the channels enabled for this purpose.
– Contact medical assistance if the client requests or requires it. 

– Conduct satisfaction surveys. The legitimizing basis will be the user's consent. 

– The purpose of collecting or spontaneously sending your Curriculum Vitae is to study the applications so that our Human Resources department can proceed with the selection of personnel who have the ideal profile to join the company, based on the pre-contractual relationship in which the interested party/candidate is a party and consent is granted. 

Data retention 

Your data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill each purpose or to comply with the applicable legal requirements, or until the user exercises their rights of deletion and opposition, or revokes their consent. 

Data recipients 

Your data may be communicated to: 

– Companies that are part of the Sercotel Group (Sagatu Asociados comercial Hotelera, S.L., Sercotel Operadora, S.L., etc.) for the correct development or provision of any of the services provided and for the purposes previously outlined. 

– Third party data processors that provide their services to Sercotel or any company in its group of companies, with whom the corresponding agreement has been signed that guarantees compliance with the RGPD and appropriate security measures. 

– Companies in charge of the management and direct operation of the establishments that are part of the Sercotel Group. However, not all establishments will process your data, only the establishment for which the reservation is made. 

– State Security Bodies and Forces, in compliance with current legislation. 

Rights 

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, portability and limitation of processing, contained in RGPD (EU) 2016/679, by contacting the address indicated above or by email to rgpd@sercotel.com . 

The request must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and must be accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI or equivalent identification document. 

Likewise, you may object or revoke your consent through the contact information indicated at the beginning of this text.

The personal data that Sercotel has collected from the client will be treated confidentially, in accordance with what is established in current legislation. 

Translation into languages 

All information and documentation available in the different versions of this website is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a discrepancy between the content of the versions in other languages ​​and that of the original version in Spanish, the latter will prevail.
